Contact and cooperation exchange brings international partners together/Perfect platform for companies at the leading world trade fair in Stuttgart

Finding the right business partners can be very easy. This will be made possible during the cooperation exchange b2fair, which will take place at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre from 28 February to 3 March 2012 during R+T, the leading world trade fair for roller shutters, doors/gates and sun protection systems.

Small and medium-sized companies can operate more effectively on the international market through networking and cooperation agreements. This direct access is created by the b2fair (business to fair) project. b2fair combines a Web-based platform for business contacts with personal meetings at international trade fairs. Using the platform, small and medium-sized companies can contact companies at home and abroad in an uncomplicated and efficient manner during the run-up to the trade fair in order to then discuss possible cooperation when the event is actually held.

The first step is initially made via the Internet. Interested parties enter a profile of their company along with their cooperation requirements relating to potential business partners on the website www.b2fair.com. The participant then receives a password and, thus, access to the profiles of other companies. The company’s own information is also activated online for interested parties. Information can now be acquired very specifically and contact points for business relations can be established. The platform can also be used to book appointments for discussions during the trade fair.

"This is a simple and time-saving way to hold discussions with potential partners and therefore increases the opportunities for lasting and successful business relations", says Gabriele Hanisch, Deputy Managing Director of Handwerk International. The services in the contact and cooperation exchange b2fair are also open to visitors who can therefore arrange dates for meetings with other visitors.

The meetings during R+T will be held on the exhibitors’ stands or directly in the b2fair matchmaking section of Handwerk International Baden-Württemberg at the East Entrance of the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre. The participation fee will be €150.00 plus statutory VAT.

The contact and cooperation exchange b2fair will take place for the second time in 2012 at R+T in Stuttgart. Anyone interested in this event can register directly online at www.b2fair.de. R+T is a meeting-point for market leaders and experts for roller shutters, door/gates and sun protection systems. The last R+T in 2009 attracted around 60,000 trade visitors to the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre over a period of 5 days. Even more visitors and approximately 800 exhibitors are expected at R+T 2012 from 28 February to 3 March 2012. An extensive accompanying programme will also be available to trade visitors at the Stuttgart Trade Fair Centre.
